Heat Treatment

We have 2 atmosphere controlled continuous furnaces, each with a length of 60m and capacity of 1000 kg/h, in our facility where we perform the quenching and tempering of the bolts and nuts used in many sectors such as automotive, energy, defense industries, construction machinery and infrastructure.

Connected to a computer system, our facility where we perform the automated heat treatment of 4.6, 5.6, 8.8, 10.9 quality bolts is able to record for 24 hours a day and retrieve historical process records.
